JE Photography & Design issues a non-transferable license to the agent (i.e. Limited Rights) to use photos specifically for the purpose of marketing your home listing, including print and on-line publication (MLS, FMLS, etc.) JE Photography & Design owns and retains the copyright for all photos. Photos and graphic work may not be sold, redistributed, altered, or transferred to another party without permission from the copyright holder (JE Photography & Design). Download of images constitutes acceptance of this licensing policy.
